DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED AND MENTALLY ILL PERSONS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the detention or involuntary admission of developmentally disabled or mentally ill persons.
ARCHITECTS – Amends existing law to provide for certified interior designers to be able to sign and seal certain technical submissions and to make such submissions to state or local governmental entities.
BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding special expertise of boards of county commissioners and coordination of planning efforts with federal agencies.
PUBLIC RECORDS ACT – Amends existing law to provide for the filing of a complaint by a person aggrieved and to revise provisions regarding denial of a request for disclosure.
