An act to add Section 13084 to the Government Code, and to amend Sections 1685, 12804.9, 12811.4, 13352, and 23109 of, and to add and repeal Section 21655.10 of, the Vehicle Code, relating to transportation, and making an appropriation therefor, to take effect immediately, bill related to the budget.
