To authorize livestock producers and their employees to take crested caracaras in order to prevent the death of or injury or destruction to livestock, and for other purposes.
To amend title 38, United States Code, to include information relating to certain questionnaire on forms to apply for disability or pension benefits under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
