TAXATION -- SALES AND USE TAXES -- LIABILITY AND COMPUTATION - Authorizes municipalities to impose a ticket tax on ticket sales for venues large enough to hold at least eight hundred (800) patrons, seated, of two dollars ($2) per ticket.
