In the same motion, the committee approved the part-time employment of John Scott as fiscal officer to assist with budget preparation and review at a rate of $50 per hour beginning April 1, 2025. The motion was seconded, there was no discussion, and it passed by voice vote.
The meeting then moved to adjournment. A motion to adjourn was made and seconded, and the committee voted to adjourn, with the next meeting tentatively discussed as April 8 but ultimately left without a firm date.
