Summary: The committee met to finalize and advance the Career and Technical Education budget in Engrossed Senate Bill 2019. Levi from legislative staff explained that the exemption language in the bill applies to remaining coronavirus capital projects fund dollars for CTE center construction, allowing those federal funds to be spent before they expire.
