AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 53-06.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of alcoholic beverage establishment for purposes of conducting gaming; and to provide for a legislative management study.

AN ACT to amend and reenact section 47-19-03.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the contents of a legal description for a deed and a contract for deed.

A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 54-58-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a tribal-state gaming compact that permits gaming in Grand Forks County.

A concurrent resolution to support the electoral college, denounce the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, and invite interested states to form the Electoral College Interstate Compact.
