To amend sections 4109.08, 4111.09, 4112.07, 4115.07, 4123.54, 4123.83, and 4167.11 of the Revised Code to allow employers to post certain labor law notices on the internet.
To enact section 5534.668 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 22 in Harrison County as the "PFC Thomas "Tommy" Pizzino Memorial Highway."
To amend sections 955.201 and 5747.113 and to enact section 955.202 of the Revised Code to establish an income tax refund designation to assist low-income individuals in spaying and neutering their pets.
To amend section 718.04 and to enact section 718.041 of the Revised Code to require voter approval to reduce or repeal a municipal income tax reciprocity credit, to allow a voter initiative to enact or increase such a credit, and to require the Department of Taxation to conduct a study of municipal income taxation.

To amend sections 2903.41, 2905.01, 2905.02, 2905.32, and 2971.03 of the Revised Code to enact the Human Trafficking Prevention Act to increase the penalty for human trafficking of a minor or person with a developmental disability, kidnapping, and abduction.
To amend sections 3901.21, 3901.22, 3937.19, and 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.87 of the Revised Code to authorize a nonrefundable income tax credit for small employers that cover their employees with an individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement and to prohibit certain acts or practices intended to steer an individual away from employer-provided insurance.
To amend sections 3715.01, 3715.021, 3715.022, 3715.023, and 3717.22 and to enact sections 3715.026 and 3715.21 of the Revised Code to authorize the sale of certain homemade foods under a microenterprise home kitchen operation registration.
To amend sections 109.32, 2915.01, 2915.07, 2915.08, 2915.081, 2915.082, 2915.092, 2915.093, 2915.10, 2915.101, and 2915.14; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 2915.092 (2915.16); and to enact sections 2915.17, 2915.18, 2915.19, and 2915.20 of the Revised Code to authorize online raffles and make related changes to the Charitable Gaming Law and to declare an emergency.
To amend sections 319.301, 319.302, 523.06, 1545.21, 3316.041, 3316.06, 3358.11, 3505.06, 5705.03, 5705.218, 5705.2111, 5705.221, 5705.233, 5705.261, and 5705.412 and to repeal section 5705.192 of the Revised Code to eliminate the authority to levy replacement property tax levies.
To amend section 5167.12 and to enact sections 3902.65, 4729.362, and 5164.093 of the Revised Code regarding prescription drug readers for visually impaired patients.
