To enact section 5.267 of the Revised Code to designate November 5th as "Roy Rogers Day."

To amend sections 955.201 and 5747.113 and to enact section 955.202 of the Revised Code to establish an income tax refund designation to assist low-income individuals in spaying and neutering their pets.

To enact sections 3301.24, 3301.82, 3319.70, 3345.83, and 6301.113 of the Revised Code to enact the Future Educators Support Act regarding financial support for student teachers, teaching as an in-demand job, and school district staffing surveys.

To enact sections 5.2322 and 5.2323 of the Revised Code to designate June as "Male Wellness Month" and the third Monday in June as "Take Your Dad to the Doctor and Dentist Day" (DAD) Day) and to name this act the Male Wellness Month Act.

To enact section 5.212 of the Revised Code to designate March 9th as "6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion Day."

To amend sections 153.64, 3781.25, 3781.26, 3781.261, 3781.27, 3781.271, 3781.28, 3781.29, 3781.30, and 4913.01 of the Revised Code to modify excavation requirements.

To amend sections 2901.30, 2901.41, and 2901.42 and to enact section 109.5731 of the Revised Code to enact Andy Chapman's Act to require law enforcement agencies to enter information relating to a report of a missing person in the national missing and unidentified persons system (NamUs).

To amend sections 2903.22 and 2921.31 of the Revised Code to modify the offense of obstructing official business when the victim is an emergency service responder, to increase the penalty for obstructing official business when the victim is an emergency service responder who is engaged in the lawful performance of a legal duty, and to clarify that heightened penalties apply for menacing a probation officer.

To enact section 5534.926 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of Interstate 70 in Licking County as the "Tuscarawas Valley Memorial Highway."

To enact section 4113.13 of the Revised Code regarding the creation and display of a poster containing information on benefits and services for veterans.

To amend sections 3501.01, 3513.05, 3513.262, 3513.263, and 5747.502 and to enact sections 3505.011, 3513.141, 5747.504, and 5747.505 of the Revised Code to generally prohibit the use of ranked choice voting, to withhold Local Government Fund distributions from a municipality or chartered county that uses ranked choice voting, and to make changes to election petition records.

To amend sections 3331.02 and 4109.07 of the Revised Code regarding age and schooling certificate requirements and work hours for a person under sixteen years of age.

To amend sections 3781.19 and 3781.20 and to enact section 3781.21 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law relating to building inspections.

To amend sections 4501.21 and 5910.07 and to enact sections 4503.472, 4503.4913, 4503.537, 4503.599, 4503.705, 4503.717, 4503.727, 4503.736, 4503.739, 4503.742, 4503.861, 4503.889, 4503.897, 4503.898, 4503.912, 4503.937, 4503.938, 4503.939, 4503.947, 5534.102, 5534.141, 5534.155, 5534.428, 5534.429, 5534.443, 5534.444, 5534.451, 5534.454, 5534.455, 5534.456, 5534.482, 5534.59, 5534.607, 5534.609, 5534.617, 5534.619, 5534.621, 5534.645, 5534.654, 5534.657, 5534.668, 5534.855, 5534.857, 5534.921, 5534.922, 5534.926, 5534.927, 5534.931, 5534.932, 5534.966, 5534.968, 5534.971, 5534.973, and 5534.975 of the Revised Code to designate multiple memorial highways and to create multiple specialty license plates.

To amend sections 5701.11 and 5747.01 of the Revised Code to expressly incorporate changes in the Internal Revenue Code since March 7, 2025, into Ohio law and to declare an emergency.
