To amend section 4503.571 of the Revised Code to allow the surviving spouse of a Purple Heart recipient to retain or obtain the "Purple Heart" specialty license plate.

To enact section 5534.451 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 13 in Knox County as the "Ohio State Highway Patrol Lt. Vance M. Andrews Memorial Highway."

To enact section 5534.482 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of East Kemper Road in Hamilton County as the "Patrolman Earl W. Casterline Memorial Highway."

To enact sections 3724.01, 3724.02, 3724.03, 3724.04, 3724.05, 3724.06, 3724.07, 3724.08, 3724.09, 3724.10, 3724.99, 5164.27, and 5166.111 of the Revised Code regarding prescribed pediatric extended care centers.

To amend section 5701.11 of the Revised Code to expressly incorporate changes in the Internal Revenue Code since March 15, 2023, into Ohio law and to declare an emergency.

To enact new section 6109.20 and to repeal section 6109.20 of the Revised Code to prohibit a public water system from adding fluoride to its water.

To amend sections 319.301, 319.302, 323.08, 323.152, 323.155, 323.158, 4503.06, 4503.065, 4503.0610, 5715.16, and 5715.19 and to enact section 319.303 of the Revised Code to authorize a reduction in school district property taxes affected by a millage floor that would limit increases in such taxes according to inflation, to modify property tax reductions for residential property, to modify the process for certifying property tax abstracts, and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 3798.05 of the Revised Code related to medical records of minors and to name the act the My Child-My Chart Act.

To enact section 5.2324 of the Revised Code to designate March 10 as "Harriet Tubman Day."

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.475 of the Revised Code to prohibit diversity, equity, and inclusion in public schools.

To amend sections 3311.053, 3501.01, 3505.03, 3505.04, 3513.04, 3513.05, 3513.052, and 3513.19 and to repeal sections 3513.254, 3513.255, 3513.256, and 3513.259 of the Revised Code to require state and school district board members to be nominated by primary election and to appear on the ballot with a party designation.
