Directs the State Forester to determine the available state forestland, establish sustainable harvest levels for harvesting timber on state forestland and manage available state forestland.
Requires the Department of Transportation to submit a biennial report to the Legislative Assembly recommending a rate for the per-mile road usage charge that would sustainably raise the revenue necessary to maintain the public highways in this state.
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for purposes of deposit in the Universal Representation Fund.
Requires the Department of Human Services to provide replacement supplemental nutrition assistance benefits if a recipient's benefits are stolen through electronic theft.
Provides that, in lieu of making a first appearance for a traffic violation citation, the person who is the previous owner of a vehicle may notify the court that the person has transferred interest in the vehicle and is not liable for the citation.
Increases quarterly distributions to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for deposit into the Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant Program Fund from $750,000 to $3 million.
