To enact section 122.162 of the Revised Code to create a food desert elimination grant program and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 5534.474 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 42 in Morrow County as the "Deputy Daniel "Weston" Sherrer Memorial Highway."

To enact sections 305.44, 505.96, 731.142, and 733.241 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain local elected officials from entering into nondisclosure agreements.

To amend sections 2151.412, 2151.426, 3109.04, 3109.054, and 3129.01 and to enact sections 2151.032, 3129.10, 3129.11, 3129.12, 3129.13, 3129.14, 3129.15, 3129.21, 3129.211, 3129.22, 3129.23, 3129.24, 3129.25, 3129.26, 3129.30, 3129.301, 3129.35, 3129.351, and 4743.15 of the Revised Code to enact the Affirming Families First Act and protect the right to affirm a minor child's sex.

To amend sections 4501.01, 4505.08, 4513.071, 4513.38, and 4513.41 and to enact sections 4503.183 and 4505.072 of the Revised Code to establish requirements relative to the registration, titling, and use of replica motor vehicles.

To amend sections 4109.02 and 4123.35 and to enact sections 2152.30, 4113.90, and 4123.97 of the Revised Code regarding juvenile offenders and certificates of qualification for employment.
