To amend section 5919.34 of the Revised Code to expand the Ohio National Guard Scholarship Program.

To enact sections 1350.01, 1350.011, 1350.02, 1350.03, 1350.04, and 1350.05 of the Revised Code to enact the Digital Fair Repair Act.

To amend sections 2925.01, 4709.01, 4713.01, 4713.07, 4713.081, 4713.09, 4713.10, 4713.14, 4713.25, 4713.28, 4713.30, 4713.31, 4713.35, 4713.41, 4713.56, 4713.57, 4713.58, 4713.60, and 4713.62; to enact new section 4713.69; and to repeal section 4713.69 of the Revised Code to enact the Provider of Boutique Services Opportunity Act regarding natural hair stylists and boutique salon registrants and to amend the versions of sections 4713.10, 4713.30, and 4713.31 and to repeal the version of section 4713.69 of the Revised Code that are scheduled to take effect on December 29, 2023, to continue the changes on and after that date.

To enact sections 3313.5319 and 3345.562 of the Revised Code to enact the Save Women's Sports Act to require schools, state institutions of higher education, and private colleges to designate separate single-sex teams and sports for each sex.

To enact section 2307.931 of the Revised Code to require a plaintiff in a tort action alleging an asbestos claim to file specified disclosures.

To enact section 5.2535 of the Revised Code to designate March as "Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness Month."

To amend sections 2923.11, 2923.111, 2923.122, and 2923.17 and to enact section 2923.50 of the Revised Code to enact the Second Amendment Preservation Act to add additional protections to the right to bear arms.

To amend sections 3123.56 and 3123.58 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law governing driver's license suspensions for failure to pay child support.

To amend sections 2307.601, 2901.05, and 2901.09 of the Revised Code to limit the locations at which a person has no duty to retreat.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.6030 of the Revised Code to require public and chartered nonpublic schools to provide conflict resolution instruction to students in grades kindergarten through twelve.

To amend sections 3313.6022, 3314.03, and 3326.11 and to enact sections 3313.473 and 3313.6030 of the Revised Code to enact the Parents' Bill of Rights to require public schools to adopt a policy on parental notification on student health and well-being and instructional materials with sexuality content and regarding school district policies for released time courses in religious instruction.

To enact section 5.2316 of the Revised Code to designate November 19th as "James A. Garfield Day."
