Creates a legislative task force on outdoor environmental education and recreation that will benefit residents of New York state by fostering stewardship and conservation of the environment, and an appreciation of the importance of the wise use of natural resources as well as acknowledgment of the health benefits of time spent in nature.
Requires the collection of oaths of responsible use from users of certain generative or surveillance advanced artificial intelligence systems by the operators of such systems, and transmission of such oaths to the attorney general.
Requires child day care centers, family day care homes, and any child day care provider notify the municipality in which they intend to operate of their intent to request such a license or registration provided such child day care center, family day care home, or child day care provider is located within a city with a population of one million or more.
Requires standards for the new construction of commercial electric vehicle charging stations to require such stations to have an external cutoff switch.
Limits reversals for failure of prompt prosecution where there is no violation of periods of limitations, speedy trial time periods, and no showing of material prejudice resulting from unreasonable delay.
Relates to certain adjusted rents under the participation loan program; provides that rehabilitated rent control and rent stabilized units shall have adjusted rents determined in accordance with such programs.
Establishes an educational program related to the prevention of anti-Semitism, Islamophobia bias and discrimination based on religion, race, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.
