Relates to the statewide presumptive eligibility standard; authorizes local social services districts to utilize child care block grant funds for the presumptive eligibility period to the extent permitted by federal law; amends the effectiveness thereof.
Increases membership on the state fire prevention and building code council to include the commissioner of agriculture and markets; amends the effectiveness thereof.
Requires reporting and posting by assisted living facilities relating to quality measures and information concerning rates, rent, and service fees; requires a scoring system of the assisted living quality reporting.

Provides that upon a vacancy, the council of the arts shall not be deemed out of compliance with the requirement that each of the ten regions of the state be represented by at least one member of the council so long as such vacancy is filled within a reasonable time and the appointment made for such new vacancy moves the composition of the council closer to such requirement.

Amends certain provisions requiring the termination of connected vehicle services upon the request of a domestic violence victim; requires the provider of the connected vehicle services to terminate such services within two days of receiving a request; directs the office for the prevention of domestic violence to make information available on their website; defines terms.
