Prohibits a pharmacist from substituting any anti-epileptic drug for a prescribed anti-epileptic drug without the informed consent of the prescriber and patient
Relates to the execution of a warrant of arrest and establishes educational programs for judicial personnel on the law of searches, arrests and seizures
Requires the commissioner of the administration of children's services to obtain an order of consent before allowing experimental drug testing on certain children
Reestablishes the office of coroner in the county of Oswego and removing the powers and duties of coroners from the district attorney in such county and allows Oswego County to appoint a coroner
