Repeals chapter 104 of the laws of 1936, relating to providing for the establishment, organization and operation of police departments in the towns of Westchester county
Extends the mortgage recording tax for Chenango county and relates to the depositing of mortgage recording tax funds into the general fund of the county of Chenango
Requires law enforcement agents and peace officers to record information pertaining to the race of persons they have meaningful interactions with in their memo books
