Prohibits municipalities from transferring primary investigating authority of vehicle collisions that result in serious injury or death to a non-law enforcement agency
Prohibits level 2 and 3 sex offenders from residing within 1,500 feet of their victim or school grounds; also prohibits such offenders from attending school activities
Requires that parents of students at student orientations, back to school nights, or other beginning of year events receive notification of eligibility for free or reduced price meals for students
