Provides a tax exemption on real property owned by members of volunteer fire companies or voluntary ambulance services in counties with a population of more than 208,000 but less than 220,000.
Prevents consideration of an increase in the minimum wage until December 31, 2025 outside of the city of New York and outside the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester.
Allows for the conditional examination of victims who are at least 75 years of age; amends the definition of larceny to ensure that alleged consent by a victim who is mentally disabled is a not a defense to larceny; permits a caregiver to accompany a vulnerable victim into the grand jury.
