AN ACT relating to unmanned aerial vehicles; revising provisions concerning the purchase or acquisition of certain unmanned aerial vehicles or other related equipment or services under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to labor; revising provisions relating to certain administrators employed by an association of self-insured employers; revising provisions relating to subsequent injury accounts; revising provisions relating to physicians or chiropractic physicians who treat industrial injuries and occupational diseases; revising provisions relating to independent medical examinations; revising provisions relating to compensation under industrial insurance; revising procedures for the reimbursement of certain insurers; establishing, revising and eliminating various other provisions relating to industrial insurance; eliminating provisions relating to the expiration and renewal of certain completion cards for certain training required for certain workers; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to firearms; removing and revising certain exemptions of The Background Check Act; revising provisions relating to the forms prescribed for a permit to carry a concealed firearm and for the renewal of such a permit; revising provisions relating to courses in firearm safety that are required to be completed to obtain a permit to carry a concealed firearm; revising provisions governing the renewal of a permit to carry a concealed firearm; authorizing a retired law enforcement officer who is not a resident of this State to apply to any sheriff for certification to become a qualified retired law enforcement officer; prohibiting the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History from charging a fee for a background check under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to insurance; imposing requirements governing prior authorization for medical or dental care; prohibiting an insurer from requiring prior authorization for covered emergency services or denying coverage for covered, medically necessary emergency services; requiring an insurer to publish certain information relating to requests for prior authorization on the Internet; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to health care; transferring regulation of nonemergency medical transportation from the Nevada Transportation Authority to certain health authorities; exempting certain operators of a vehicle for nonemergency medical transportation from the requirement to be permitted; requiring the driver of a vehicle for nonemergency medical transportation to report the abuse, neglect, isolation, abandonment or commercial sexual exploitation of certain persons; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to transportation; requiring transportation network companies to establish certain policies and procedures; establishing certain requirements relating to the suspension or deactivation of drivers and monitored autonomous vehicle providers; requiring transportation network companies to make certain disclosures; prohibiting a transportation network company from retaliating against drivers and monitored autonomous vehicle providers in certain circumstances; requiring the Nevada Transportation Authority to certify a driver support organization; establishing certain duties of the Authority, transportation network companies and the certified driver support organization; providing for certain assessments on transportation network companies; providing for civil causes of action and administrative fines against transportation network companies; imposing an additional excise tax on the connection of a passenger with a driver or fully autonomous vehicle; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to taxation; providing that flags and certain related personal property are exempt from property taxes; increasing the property tax exemption for certain veterans and their surviving spouses by the amount of the assessed valuation of any flagpole that is a fixture or improvement to any real property in which the veteran or surviving spouse has an interest; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to civil immunity; providing immunity from civil liability to licensed firearm dealers and local law enforcement agencies under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
