AN ACT relating to trade practices; requiring an original equipment manufacturer of certain equipment designed for a person with a physical disability to make available certain documentation, parts and tools for the diagnosis, maintenance or repair of the equipment; prohibiting an original equipment manufacturer from engaging in certain acts; exempting an original equipment manufacturer from liability for certain damage or injuries under certain circumstances; providing penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to insurance; requiring certain health insurance to cover certain screenings for genetic disorders in a fetus or the parents of a fetus; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to water; authorizing the State Engineer, in certain areas of this State, to coordinate with persons who seek to relinquish, by certain means, a right to appropriate water; requiring the State Engineer to retire such relinquished rights; revising provisions relating to the effective date of a right to appropriate water under a permit; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to governmental administration; revising the name of the Agricultural Extension Department of the Public Service Division of the Nevada System of Higher Education; revising the purpose of the State 4-H Camp; revising the membership and duties of the State 4-H Camp Advisory Council; prohibiting the lease, exchange or sale of certain property without the express authority of the Legislature; abolishing and transferring the duties of the Technological Crime Advisory Board; abolishing the Council to Establish Academic Standards for Public Schools; exempting certain applicants for employment or contracts with a postsecondary educational institution from certain background investigations; abolishing and transferring the duties of the Advisory Committee on Medicaid Innovation in the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy of the Department of Health and Human Services; requiring the terms of the appointed members of the Rangeland Resources Commission to be staggered; abolishing the Commission to Review the Compensation of Constitutional Officers, Legislators, Supreme Court Justices, Judges of the Court of Appeals, District Judges and Elected County Officers; eliminating the requirement for the Division of Environmental Protection of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to establish certain working groups; abolishing the Advisory Board on Automotive Affairs; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to common-interest communities; requiring the Real Estate Division of the Department of Business and Industry to audit the financial accounts of unit-owners' associations of common-interest communities under certain circumstances; requiring background investigations for candidates nominated for membership on executive boards of associations; revising provisions relating to reserve accounts; providing that certain actions related to common-interest communities are not subject to mandatory alternative dispute resolution processes and must be adjudicated as small claims; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Urging Congress to enact the Protecting the Right to Organize Act.

AN ACT relating to prescription drugs; revising provisions relating to the labeling of certain prescription drugs under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to animals; requiring each governing body of a county or incorporated city to adopt an ordinance requiring, with certain exceptions, the owner or operator of a kennel, an animal rescue organization that handles pets or a commercial establishment engaged in the business of handling pets to complete a training course on handling pets prescribed by the governing body and renew the training biennially; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to education; requiring the Department of Education to include a method for providing additional weight to the scores of certain pupils on criterion-referenced examinations in the statewide system of accountability for public schools; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to Medicaid; requiring the establishment of a specific billing category and rates of reimbursement for certain clinics that provide mental health care to persons enrolled in Medicaid; requiring certain transfers of money and authorizing expenditures for such purposes; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to education; providing that certain teachers have sole authority to determine the grade assigned to a pupil and the components and weights used to calculate such a grade; prohibiting regulations, policies or directives that interfere with such authority; prohibiting certain acts intended to interfere with the grade assigned to a pupil or the components or weights used to calculate such a grade; eliminating provisions requiring certain teachers and administrators to develop learning goals for pupils that are used in the evaluations of such teachers and administrators; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to the Civil Air Patrol; revising provisions relating to the employment of a member of the Civil Air Patrol; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Declaring the support of the Legislature for certain principles of solar energy development in this State.

AN ACT relating to parentage; adopting provisions of the Uniform Parentage Act; revising provisions relating to the establishment of a parent and child relationship and the presumption of parentage; establishing provisions concerning the voluntary acknowledgment of parentage and denial of parentage by certain persons; authorizing the State Board of Health to adopt regulations relating to an acknowledgment of parentage or denial of parentage; establishing provisions governing genetic testing in proceedings to adjudicate parentage; establishing and revising various provisions relating to proceedings to adjudicate parentage; authorizing a person who claims to be a de facto parent of a child to be adjudicated as a parent of the child in certain circumstances; authorizing a court to adjudicate a child to have more than two parents in certain circumstances; establishing and revising provisions relating to assisted reproduction and gestational agreements; providing for the right of a gestational carrier to make all health care decisions regarding the gestational carrier and the pregnancy of the gestational carrier; repealing various provisions relating to parentage; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
