AN ACT making appropriations to the State Department of Agriculture for the replacement of computer hardware and associated software and deferred maintenance projects; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to medical facilities; removing a halfway house for persons recovering from alcohol or other substance use disorders from the definition of a facility for the dependent; revising terminology used to refer to such facilities; removing the requirement that such a facility be licensed and regulated as a facility for the dependent; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; authorizing the removal of a vehicle or part of a vehicle from the highway following the issuance of a citation for reckless driving; requiring the inclusion of certain information regarding certain deviations from the rates set forth in certain schedules and tariffs in the annual report submitted by the operator of a tow car to the Nevada Transportation Authority; revising provisions governing the towing of a motor vehicle requested by a person other than the owner of the vehicle; prohibiting a tow car operator from charging fees or costs for the storage of a vehicle until the vehicle has been stored for a certain period; requiring the operator of a tow car to consider charging a lower rate for the storage and removal of the vehicle under certain circumstances; requiring the operator of a tow car to display certain information in his or her place of business; revising provisions prohibiting the solicitation of a tort victim to employ, hire or retain any attorney at law in certain circumstances; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to the Department of Motor Vehicles; prohibiting the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles from releasing any personal information from the files or records of the Department for any purpose relating to the enforcement of immigration laws, except under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to taxation; revising provisions governing the correction of the tax roll and issuance of credits or refunds of property taxes when an applicable partial abatement of taxes was not applied or claimed; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public health; eliminating the requirement for the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services or certain district boards of health to adopt regulations requiring certain protocols and plans concerning the prevention of and response to SARS-CoV-2; eliminating the requirement for an inspection of public accommodation facilities for compliance with such requirements; prospectively eliminating a limitation on the civil liability of certain businesses conducted for profit, governmental entities and private nonprofit organizations for personal injury or death resulting from exposure to COVID-19; prospectively removing the authority of the Secretary of State to suspend the state business license of a person who does not comply with certain health standards related to COVID-19; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to industrial insurance; revising requirements for the administration of certain insurance claims; revising certain requirements to maintain certain insurance records and make them available for inspection; removing the requirement that certain entities maintain a telephone service to accept collect calls from injured employees; revising the circumstances under which the Administrator of the Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry is authorized to remove a physician or chiropractic physician from a list or panel of physicians and chiropractic physicians who may provide certain medical services relating to the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act; requiring the Administrator to publish annual and quarterly reports; authorizing certain physicians and chiropractic physicians to decline to perform certain evaluations under certain circumstances; revising procedures for the selection of a physician or chiropractic physician to perform certain evaluations and examinations; revising provisions relating to independent medical examinations; revising provisions relating to benefits for a permanent partial disability; revising provisions relating to an appeal of certain determinations of the Administrator; revising procedures for the reimbursement of an insurer that pays for an increase in certain compensation or benefits; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to guardianship; revising various provisions relating to the guardianship of a minor; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT making an appropriation to restore the balance in the Stale Claims Account; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to financial services; requiring a person who provides earned wage access services to register with the Commissioner of Financial Institutions; imposing certain requirements on such registrants; providing for the regulation by the Commissioner of earned wage access providers; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT making an appropriation to the Legislative Fund for the costs of project development and initial operating expenses relating to anticipated building renovations and construction; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to dispensing opticians; defining certain terms and revising certain definitions relating to ophthalmic dispensing; authorizing the Board of Dispensing Opticians to employ an Executive Director; providing immunity from civil liability to the Board and any of its members for certain acts; authorizing the Board to take certain actions against a person who commits certain violations; expanding the purposes for which the Board is authorized to accept grants, donations and contributions; revising provisions relating to the issuance, renewal, reinstatement, revocation and suspension of licenses; authorizing the Board to adopt certain regulations; requiring the Board to establish a schedule of fees relating to licensing; prescribing criteria for eligibility for a license as an apprentice dispensing optician; imposing certain requirements on an optical establishment; revising the criteria for eligibility for a license as a dispensing optician; revising certain provisions relating to a limited license as a dispensing optician; removing the authority of the Board to issue a special license as a dispensing optician; reorganizing various provisions; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to education; creating the Teach Nevada Collaborative Account; creating the Teach Nevada Collaborative in the Department of Education; establishing the purpose and duties of the Collaborative; authorizing certain uses of the money in the Account; repealing provisions relating to the Teach Nevada Scholarship Program; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to higher education; authorizing the use of a Governor Guinn Millennium Scholarship for a course of study at an institution for which the completion of a clinical program located in this State is required; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to adoption; authorizing an agency which provides child welfare services or a licensed child-placing agency to consent to certain adoptions; revising provisions governing certain financial assistance provided to the adoptive parents of a person with special needs; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
