AN ACT relating to the Judicial Department of State Government; making various changes relating to the policies and procedures of the Judicial Department; authorizing a judge to hold court by means of remote communication in certain circumstances; requiring the Nevada Supreme Court to prescribe certain policies and procedures relating to the Judicial Department by rule; authorizing a judge or justice of the peace to have a partner or associate who practices law in this State under certain circumstances; revising the duties of the Court Administrator; replacing the term regulation with rule for purposes of certain provisions of law relating to the Judicial Department; revising provisions relating to court interpreters; codifying in statute language from the Nevada Constitution relating to the expiration of the term of office for a justice appointed to fill a vacancy on the Nevada Supreme Court; revising provisions concerning the provision of certain resources to the Supreme Court and the district courts; providing that certain orders for protection issued in another state are not subject to certain requirements to be given full faith and credit in this State; repealing obsolete provisions relating to the Judicial Department; repealing various provisions relating to court seals, qualifications of certain employees and reports; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to taxation; revising provisions governing the calculation of certain transferable tax credits issued to production companies for film or other qualified productions; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to criminal procedure; requiring the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety to make a presentence investigation and report to the court that includes a psychosexual evaluation in certain circumstances; requiring the Division to arrange a psychosexual evaluation in certain circumstances when the defendant and prosecuting attorney make a joint request; requiring certain defendants to be certified as not representing a high risk to reoffend before the court may grant probation to or suspend the sentence of the defendant; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to taxation; revising provisions governing the sales tax holiday occurring over the day on which Nevada Day is observed and the immediately following weekend for certain members of the National Guard and certain relatives of such members; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to behavioral health; making certain providers of behavioral health care eligible to participate in the program of loan repayment administered by the Nevada Health Service Corps; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to taxation; prohibiting interest payments on certain refunds of taxes that were over-collected by the taxpayer; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to health care; prohibiting a hospital or psychiatric hospital from employing a physician under certain circumstances; providing penalties for a violation of such prohibition; prohibiting a hospital from taking measures to restrict certain activity of a provider of health care who is employed by or serves as an independent contractor of the hospital; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to land use planning; revising requirements regarding the frequency of meetings of planning commissions in certain counties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT making an appropriation to the Legislative Fund for the costs of the 82nd Legislative Session; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to metropolitan police departments; revising the membership of a metropolitan police committee on fiscal affairs to add one additional member from the participating political subdivision that is a county and one additional member selected by the committee from the general public; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to parole; revising the definition of the term sexual offense for the purpose of certain provisions relating to parole; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to confidential information; authorizing certain civilian employees that provide support services to a law enforcement agency to request that certain personal information be kept in a confidential manner; authorizing such persons to request that the Department of Motor Vehicles display an alternate address on the person's driver's license, commercial driver's license or identification card; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to animals; revising provisions relating to animal cruelty; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to securities; creating the Fund for the Compensation of Victims of Securities Fraud and prescribing the use of money in the Fund; authorizing certain persons to whom a court orders restitution to apply for compensation from the Fund; requiring the Administrator of the Securities Division of the Office of the Secretary of State to review applications for and award compensation from the Fund; making confidential certain information; requiring the Division to adopt regulations relating to the administration of the Fund; requiring the Administrator to submit to the Legislature a biennial report concerning the Fund; requiring a person who receives compensation from the Fund to reimburse the State for such compensation under certain circumstances; revising provisions governing the deposit of certain money received by the Administrator; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to the City of Reno; replacing gendered language with gender neutral language in certain provisions of the Charter of the City of Reno; authorizing the City Council of the City of Reno to engage in green infrastructure projects; repealing provisions related to the elimination of the office of the Council Member who represents the City at large and the creation of the sixth ward of the City that were to become effective on January 1, 2024; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
