Establishes civil immunity for damages arising out of birth injury or congenital defect for physicians providing prenatal care under certain circumstances.
Prohibits water companies from assessing more than one charge per fire hydrant to fire departments, fire districts, or volunteer fire companies for use of fire hydrants.
Requires certain water companies to provide representative of fire department, fire district, or volunteer fire company access to fire hydrants for water flow rate testing purposes.
Requires MVC to administer electronic transaction system for used motor vehicle sales within certain time period; authorizes use of same system for private motor vehicle sales.
Requires nonpublic secondary schools, independent institutions of higher education, and State to make payment to school districts for educational costs of students residing in tax-exempt housing upon adoption of resolution by municipal governing body.
