Establishes Digital Divide Solutions Grant Program in DOE to assist public schools in purchase of connected devices and Internet access for students during periods of remote instruction.
"Construction Containment and Pollution Prevention Act"; requires contractors to use containment devices to prevent release of certain pollutants outside of worksites.
Requires county clerks to send confirmation notice to vote-by-mail applicant that requests mail-in ballot at separate mailing address than address at which applicant is registered to vote.
Directs Commissioner of Education to review handling of bullying reports; requires DOE to include additional content in guidance document on bullying; requires communications on bullying be available to parents in additional languages.
Requires health care facilities to screen health care workers and first responders for symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder related to COVID-19 pandemic.
