Modifies gross income tax withholding requirements for certain State Lottery winnings received by persons without social security or tax identification number.
Requires health insurance carriers to provide opportunity to clinical laboratory and laboratory services provider to participate as preferred or contracting provider in carriers' provider network.
Prohibits use of paper receipts containing bisphenol-A or bisphenol-S; provides for phased-in prohibition on use of all paper receipts; authorizes continued use of electronic receipts.
