Authorizes proportional property tax exemption for honorably discharged veterans having a service-connected permanent disability and proclaims that the State shall reimburse municipalities for costs of exemption.
"Fully Funding Schools and Cutting Property Taxes Act"; repeals certain sections of law; requires additional aid to lower property taxes commensurate with residents' ability to support schools; appropriates $2.9 billion.
Requires Secretary of State to establish voter list maintenance and crosscheck program and to include certain voter registration data in annual report to Governor and Legislature.
Requires Attorney General to establish educational and public information program concerning State and federal crimes of human trafficking; appropriates $75,000.
Establishes certain penalties on clinical laboratories regarding receipt of Medicaid overpayments, and on entities engaged in business with such clinical laboratories.
