Urges Attorney General and Department of Education to regularly update "Law Enforcement Directive No. 2007-1" and "School Safety and Security Manual: Best Practices Guidelines."
Requires reporting agencies to report to Division of Consumer Affairs number of free consumer reports furnished to New Jersey resident consumers annually.
Allows certain individuals, including those on active duty or fulfilling reserve obligations, to participate remotely in certain governmental meetings.
