Provides for student recipients of educational opportunity funds to be exempt from 20 hour weekly work requirement ordinarily required for student SNAP participation.
Requires Division of Developmental Disabilities to reopen programs providing functional services to persons with developmental disabilities in same manner as schools.
Prohibits acceptance, offer, or provision of monetary or non-monetary compensation of mail-in ballot messengers or bearers; allows certain facility employees and volunteers to serve as messengers or bearers.
Broadens definition of "harassment, intimidation or bullying" to include hazing; requires inclusion of power differential in anti-bullying policy; directs DOE to revise guidance document and model policy.
