Provides that Probation Division would file child support judgment as a lien only when amount of judgment equals or exceeds amount of child support due for a one-month period.
Authorizes school district that moves its annual school election to November to submit separate proposals for additional spending for budget year and subsequent budget year.
Extends from six to 12 months compensation program for injured law enforcement officers and other employees; revises type of injury needed to qualify for program.
Excludes payments made for unemployment compensation benefits related to layoffs resulting from public health emergency or state of emergency from calculation of employer contribution for unemployment compensation benefits.
