Extends membership in TPAF to four years after discontinuance of service and to 20 years for those who were laid off or had 10 or more years of continuous service upon voluntary termination.
"Pandemic Education Relief Act"; provides additional State school aid for certain school districts that have previously experienced reductions and establishes allowable uses of aid.
Requires institutions of higher education to review employment history of prospective employees who will have regular contact with students to ascertain allegations of child abuse or sexual misconduct.
