Encourages expansion of community mental health programs to include mental health services to veterans; prohibits veterans from being denied county mental health services.
Requires Treasury to establish and maintain electronic verification system to verify State employees' eligibility to participate in federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Requires parental consent for student to participate in health, family life education, or sex education program and provides parents with access to certain public school curricula.
Proposes constitutional amendment authorizing municipalities, by ordinance, to provide partial property tax exemption on primary residence of certain volunteer first responders.
