Authorizes State employees to take administrative leave days in observance of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha; requires school districts to permit students excused absences for observance of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
Requires establishment of new State website with information on rights related to, and health benefits coverage for, reproductive health care services.
Prohibits State Agriculture Development Committee from imposing new or revised agricultural rules, regulations, or standards on previously preserved farmland or owners thereof, without owner consent.
