Provides for process to vacate and expunge certain arrests, charges, complaints, convictions, other dispositions, and DNA records, associated with violations by certain human trafficking victims.
Requires local government notification of sex offender registration and prohibits sex offenders from living near schools, child care centers or playgrounds.
Requires State to reimburse counties for costs paid for maintenance of county patients in State psychiatric hospitals who are eligible for federal Medicare or Medicaid coverage.
