Provides that unlawful use, manufacture, or distribution of controlled dangerous substance by parent or caregiver in presence of child constitutes crime of endangering welfare of that child.
Directs Department of Agriculture in consultation with DOE to establish online applications for National School Lunch Program and school breakfast programs.
Allows drug- or alcohol-dependent person admitted into court-ordered supervisory treatment program to reduce amount owed on court-ordered fines and certain other financial obligations upon successful completion of program.
Permits municipality to enact ordinance regulating where sex offenders may reside; restricts locations of certain child care centers and school bus stops.
