Requires BPU to conduct study of effect of coronavirus 2019 pandemic on local and public utility service and to quarterly collect and publish certain local and public utility service and customer information.
Clarifies that apologies by health care facilities and professionals to patients or their representatives for adverse events disclosed under "Patient Safety Act" are excluded from discovery and inadmissible in legal actions involving facilities and professionals.
Provides gross income tax credit for certain expenses paid or incurred for care and support of qualifying senior family member; designated as Caregiver's Assistance Act.
