Requires student representative be appointed to each board of education of school district and board of trustees of charter school that includes grades nine through 12.
Requires Secretary of State to establish voter list maintenance and crosscheck program and to include certain voter registration data in annual report to Governor and Legislature.
Requires DHS to take action to raise public awareness of privacy laws that prevent disclosure of health care enrollment information to immigration authorities.
Establishes "Property Tax Study Commission" to examine New Jersey's property tax structure and develop recommendations for reducing residential property tax burden.
