Permits purchase of service credit in PERS for period of time after termination of public employment due to COVID-19 pandemic if member returned to PERS employment within 12 months.
Requires Attorney General to revise guidelines regarding use of conducted energy devices by law enforcement officers; establishes law enforcement conducted energy device training.
Requires State employer to ascertain child abuse or sexual misconduct in employment applications for certain positions involving children; requires background checks for current and prospective employees.
