Imposes mandatory fine and education requirement for certain prostitution offenses committed within 500 feet of a school, registered day care or licensed child care facility property; creates fund.
Establishes pilot program to refer certain emergency department patients for development of coordinated behavioral health care treatment and support services plan.
Appropriates $15,000,000 to DCA for purpose of providing grants to DCF and DHS to establish a workforce development and job retention and advancement services grant program for mental health care and behavioral health care providers.
