An Act To Amend Section 27-19-40, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Issuance Of Temporary Motor Vehicle License Tags Or Plates To Persons Who Purchase Motor Vehicles From Dealers; To Provide The Time For Which The Temporary Tags Or Plates Will Be Valid; To Authorize A Motor Vehicle Dealer To Charge A Fee For The Issuance Of Such Tags Or Plates; To Bring Forward Sections 27-19-59, 27-19-61 And 27-19-63, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Are Sections Of The Motor Vehicle Privilege Tax Laws, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; To Bring Forward Section 63-21-69, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Is A Section Of The Mississippi Motor Vehicle And Manufactured Housing Title Law, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.

A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To Section 241, Mississippi Constitution Of 1890, To Provide That Only Citizens Of The United States Are Allowed The Opportunity To Vote; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Create New Section 41-43-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Owners And Lessees Of Private Land On Which A Cemetery, Graves Or Burial Sites Are Located Shall Have A Duty To Allow Reasonable Access To The Cemetery, Graves Or Burial Sites By Certain Persons Who Have Given Reasonable Notice To The Owner Or Lessees; To Provide That Any Person Entering Onto Private Land As Authorized By This Section Shall Be Responsible For Conducting Himself Or Herself In A Manner That Does Not Damage The Private Land, Cemetery, Gravesite Or Burial Site, And Shall Be Liable To The Owner Or Lessee Of The Property For Any Damage Caused As The Result Of His Or Her Access; To Provide Immunity From Liability To The Landowner And Lessee In Any Civil Action Arising Out Of The Access Granted By This Section; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Provide Definitions For Civil Remedies Against Those Who Distribute Child Exploitation Materials; To Provide That Any Commercial Entity That Knowingly And Intentionally Publishes Or Distributes Obscene Material, Or Material That Depicts, Describes, Or Promotes Child Sexual Exploitation, On The Internet Shall Be Liable For Nominal Damages, Actual Damages, Court Costs And Reasonable Attorney Fees As Ordered By The Court; To Provide That An Internet Or Wireless Service Provider, Affiliate, Or Subsidiary Of An Internet Or Wireless Service Provider, Search Engine, Or Cloud Service Provider Shall Not Be In Violation Of This Act For Providing Access Or Connection To Or From A Website, With Certain Exceptions; To Authorize The Attorney General To Seek Injunctive And Other Equitable Relief Against A Commercial Entity; And For Related Purposes.
