An Act To Amend Section 41-23-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Child Will Be Exempt From The Requirement To Have Any Specific Vaccination In Order To Attend A School Or Postsecondary Educational Institution If The Child's Parent Or Guardian Submits To The School Or Postsecondary Educational Institution A Letter Or Affidavit That Documents Which Required Vaccinations Have Been Given, And Which Vaccinations Have Not Been Given On The Basis That They Are Contrary To His Or Her Religious, Philosophical Or Conscientious Beliefs; To Prescribe The Content To Be Included In The Letter Or Affidavit Submitted To The School District, School Or Postsecondary Educational Institution Of Enrollment; To Amend Section 43-20-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Exemptions From The Immunization Requirements Licensed Child Care Facilities When A Parent Or Legal Guardian Objects To Immunization Of The Child On The Grounds That The Immunization Conflicts With The Religious, Philosophical Or Conscientious Beliefs Of The Parent Or Guardian; To Provide That A Parent Or Guardian Must First Furnish The Responsible Official Of The Facility An Affidavit In Which The Parent Or Guardian Swears Or Affirms That The Immunization Required Conflicts With The Religious, Philosophical Or Conscientious Beliefs Of The Parent Or Guardian Before A Child Is Exempted From Immunization On Religious Grounds; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Amend Section 57-87-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Amend The Definition Of "equipment Used In The Deployment Of Broadband Technologies" For Purposes Of The Credit Against Income Tax And Corporation Franchise Tax Liability Of Telecommunications Enterprises For Certain Investments, And For Purposes Of The Ad Valorem Tax Exemption For Such Equipment Placed In Service In A Certain Time Period; To Amend Section 57-87-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Specify The Equipment Placed In Service After June 30, 2025, And Before July 1, 2030, That Is Eligible For The Exemption; To Require A Taxpayer To Submit A Certified, Sworn Description Of The Equipment To The Tax Assessor Of The County In Which Such Equipment Is Located, On Or Before April 1 Of The First Assessment Year In Which The Exemption Is Being Claimed; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Amend Section 73-60-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Home Inspectors To Perform Inspections On New Construction Residential Structures Or Condominium Units Up To 14 Days Prior, Or Longer If The Purchaser And Seller Agree In Writing, To The Closing Of A Sale On A New Construction Residential Property Or Residential Condominium Unit; To Provide That The Acceptance Of An Offer To Purchase A New Construction Residential Property Or Residential Condominium Unit Shall Not Be Conditioned Upon The Purchaser Waiving His Or Her Right To An Inspection; To Provide Standard Purchase Agreement Terms To Ensure That A Purchaser's Right To An Inspection Is Clearly Stated And Included In Every Agreement; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Enact The "prohibition Of Exploitation By Deepfakes Act"; To Define Terms; To Prohibit The Use Of Interactive Computer Services To Knowingly Publish Intimate Visual Depictions Of Identifiable Individuals In Certain Circumstances; To Describe Certain Exceptions; To Prohibit Use Of An Interactive Computer Service To Publish A Morphed Image Of An Identifiable Individual In Certain Circumstances; To Provide Penalties For Violations Of This Act; To Stipulate That Consent For The Creation Of An Intimate Visual Depiction Does Not Establish Consent For Publication Of Such Image; To Stipulate That Disclosure Of An Intimate Visual Depiction Does Not Establish Consent For Publication Of Such Image; To Establish That An Intentional Threat To Violate This Act For The Purpose Of Intimidation, Coercion, Extortion, Or Mental Distress Is Punishable; To Stipulate That Forfeiture Of Any Material Which Violates This Act Shall Be Included In Any Other Penalties Imposed Upon A Conviction; To Require Covered Platforms To Establish A Process For Notification Of Certain Intimate Visual Depictions Published On The Platform; To List Certain Requirements For The Notification; To Require Covered Platforms To Provide A Clear And Conspicuous Notice Of The Notification And Removal Process; To Require The Covered Platform To Remove Violative Material Upon Notification From An Identifiable Individual; To Limit A Covered Platform's Liability In Certain Circumstances; To Grant The Attorney General Authority To Enforce Certain Sections; To Provide That A Violation Of This Act Is An Unfair And Deceptive Trade Practice That Is Enforceable By The Office Of The Attorney General; And For Related Purposes.
