An Act To Establish The Mississippi Small Business Assistance Revolving Loan Program To Provide Financing For The Startup Or Expansion Of Small Businesses, In Conjunction With Traditional Commercial Lending; To Define Certain Terms Relating To The Program; To Create The Mississippi Small Business Assistance Revolving Loan Fund; To Provide That The Proceeds Of Such Loans Shall Be Used By Small Businesses For Certain Purposes; To Require The Program Administrator To Determine The Terms And Conditions Of Each Loan, Including The Repayment Of The Loan, Which Is Subject To Certain Conditions; To Require The Mississippi Department Of Finance And Administration To Select The Program Administrator Through An Open And Competitive Process; To Provide That The Department May Enter Into A Contract With The Program Administrator For A Term Of Ten Years; To Provide The Procedure For Dividing Any Interest Collected On The Loan; And For Related Purposes.
