Establishes the Missouri Task Force on Safety and Security for Nonprofit Organizations to study the security needs of and provide grants to nonprofit organizations at risk of terrorist attacks in Missouri
Modifies provisions relating to estate planning, including notice for principal place of administration transfers, statutes of limitations for actions against trustees, electronic wills, and estate planning during the COVID-19 emergency
Prohibits elementary and secondary schools and institutions of postsecondary education from being members of athletic organizations that allow students to use performance enhancing drugs
