Modifies provisions relating to workers' compensation temporary total disability (TTD) rate for certain first responders and extends the sunset of the "Line of Duty Compensation Act"
Prohibits temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) benefit cards from being used at ATMs or to access cash, and limits the items that may be purchased with TANF benefits
Requires public school districts and charter schools to prevent student use of electronic personal communications devices during regularly scheduled instructional activities
