Establishes the "Motivational Boot Camp Incarceration Program" in the department of corrections and allows certain persons to be sentenced to the Program
Exempts entities registered with the department of health and senior services that distribute hypodermic needles or syringes from the crime of unlawful delivery of drug paraphernalia
Creates the "Change of Venue for Capital Cases Fund" to reimburse a county that receives a capital case from another county for costs associated with the sequestering of jurors
