Authorizes the "Child Care Contribution Tax Credit Act", the "Employer-Provided Child Care Assistance Tax Credit Act", and the "Child Care Providers Tax Credit", and the Supporting Use of Child Care for Economic Stability and Security (SUCCESS) Tax Credit, relating to tax credits for child care
Requires motor vehicle dealers to verify that the person who will be driving a newly purchased motor vehicle from the sales location holds a valid driver's license issued in this state or another state
Requires the Highway Patrol to investigate any incident occurring in St. Louis city or county in which a law enforcement officer is involved in a shooting or instance resulting in serious bodily harm or death.
