Modifies weight restrictions for certain vehicles engaged in transporting solid waste between a city and a solid waste disposal area or solid waste processing facility and exempts vehicles used primarily for agriculture purposes from such weight restrictions
Provides that the court shall not order a parent to pay child support to the other parent for reasonable or necessary expenses of the child if the parents are awarded equal time with the child
