Limits the application of any American Law Institute reinstatement of the law if inconsistent with Missouri law or a decision of the Missouri Supreme Court
Requires local law enforcement agencies to add current photos of missing persons to missing person profiles within ten days of the time a missing persons report was filed

Changes the laws regarding county officials by making certain information disclosed to the recorder of deeds optional and requiring county assessors to obtain permission to enter private property
