Authorizing the placement and use of speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) in Prince George's County, subject to certain requirements; clarifying the authorized distribution of revenue under speed monitoring systems programs for Maryland 210 (Indian Health Highway); and requiring Prince George's County to report certain information to the General Assembly, by January 31, 2028, and each January thereafter, on the point-to-point speed monitoring systems operated under the Act.
