Authorizes and directs the adjutant general of the Louisiana National Guard to determine if application of the current procedures of the Uniform Code of Military Justice may result in a nonunanimous verdict and to take the necessary actions to prevent such verdicts
Requests the Department of Veterans Affairs in conjunction with the office of state buildings to plan and implement a Purple Heart Trail on the grounds surrounding the state capitol
Requests that the Board of Regents conduct a study relative to the state's articulation and transfer process with respect to career and technical education courses
